All payments are securely processed via Paddle, our trusted Merchant of Record.

14-Day Refund Window

As outlined in Paddle's Buyer Terms, refund requests can be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Important

Because Qraga is a SaaS platform that incurs infrastructure costs with every usage, we evaluate refund requests carefully on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved under the following circumstances:

Accidental or duplicate purchases

Technical Issues

Issues that prevent use of the service

Billing Errors

Subscription cancellation within 14 days due to dissatisfaction

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed directly by Paddle. Our team may be contacted for additional context but does not issue refunds directly.

Important Notes

  • Taxes and currency conversion differences may affect the final refund amount
  • Processing and transaction fees may not be refundable
  • Partial or prorated refunds may be considered for long-term subscriptions
