How do you count monthly queries?
A query is counted each time a customer asks a question that our AI assistant responds to. Multiple follow-up questions in the same conversation are counted as separate queries.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. A credit card is required to start the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial.
What happens if I exceed my monthly query limit?
If you exceed your monthly query limit, you'll be notified and given the option to upgrade to a higher plan. We won't cut off service without warning.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You only pay the advertised monthly or annual subscription fee.
How does the Enterprise plan pricing work?
Enterprise pricing is customized based on your specific needs, query volume, and integration requirements. Contact our sales team for a personalized quote.
How are payments processed?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
